- Books and other products in brand new condition may be returned within one week of purchase for a refund, credit, or exchange. Items must be accompanied by a receipt. After one week, these items may only be returned for store credit or exchange (must still be accompanied by a receipt and be in brand new condition)
- Google eBooks are refundable for 7 days after purchase only if there is a technical problem with the eBook. Please notify us immediately, and we will pass the issue on to Google support. Google eBooks are not refundable due to customer error or confusion, examples of which Google defines as customer purchasing the Google eBook into the wrong Google Account, purchasing the wrong book, expecting to be able to use it with an Amazon Kindle, or not being satisfied with the Google eBook experience.
- Unopened yarn not needed for a project may be returned any time for cash refund, store credit, or exchange.
