CLASSES
Materials for all classes are available in the store. Class participants receive a 10% discount on all knitting supplies for the duration of the class.
Cable Clutch
Wednesdays, April 9th & 16th, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Instructor: Lisa Mikula
Fee: $20
Learn the basics of cabling and make a cute clutch for spring.
Materials: One skein of bulky or worsted weight yarn, size 13 straight needles, small cable needle, (available at store) two six or seven inch wooden dowels, and 1.5 yards of ribbon.
Nest to Hold your Dreams
Saturday, April 12th, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00
Instructor: Sherrine Whalley
Fee: $20 (we will supply most materials, but you may want to bring crochet hook and needle as well as any yarn or beads from your stash that might be appropriate)
Combine weaving and crocheting in this lovely spring decoration.
Materials: Yarn or string in beige or brown, large crochet hook, yarn needle (available at store) and a tree branch which is similar in size to the sample at the store.
Wonderful Wallaby Sweater
Wednesday, April 23rd, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
This is the first of 3 sessions--participants will determine other dates.
Instructor: Beth Peterson
Fee: $40
Make a warm and cozy hooded pull-over sweater. The wallaby sweater can be made in adult sizes extra small through extra large. This class will meet three times and the dates will be determined at the initial class with consideration of participants' schedules.
Materials: Pattern, worsted weight yarn, 24" circulars in size 6 & 8, double points in size 6, stitch holders, and a tapestry needle.
